1. What kind of currency and payment methods do you accept?

While we serve customers worldwide, we only accept US funds through PayPal & Google Checkout.

2. What file formats can you work with?

We can code with JPG,PNG,PDF, and GIF, but we prefer to work with a layered PSD. We can code even from an Idea.

3. What is involved in getting my design transformed into a WordPress Theme?

You upload the files, fill out the form and let us know what you would like to have done. After receiving 50% upfront, we can get started. Once we have coded your theme, we upload it to a demo server and allow you to have a look at what the finished product will be like. We make any necessary changes and send you the theme ready to upload to the destination server.

4. What do I do if there is a problem with the coding?

We make every effort to ensure everything is perfect before sending you the finished theme. If you do find something wrong, you have 30 days to contact us for repairs. We also offer a full refund if you are unhappy with it.

5. What if I don’t like the coding?

wordpressdevs.com offers a 100% money back guarantee if you are unhappy for any reason. However, if you choose to request a refund, you cannot use any of our coding and must remove the theme.

6. Can I change any of the requirements or details?

We know that, sometimes, brilliant ideas come to you on the go. We can make the changes, but we reserve the right to re-quote the project.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without cost to you at any time before we begin your project. You can no longer cancel an order after we have started working on the project.

8. Will you keep or use our theme or design for any reason?

We will never use your theme or design for any reason. However, we keep a copy of your theme as a backup in case you need it later on. If you would not like us to keep a copy, please let us know. We can delete from our pc/localhost/ server if you want. we will keep your privacy 100% protected.
